We want you to use BeeSensible with complete confidence. That's why we have a simple and fair policy for cancellations and refunds.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, hassle-free. You will retain access to BeeSensible until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If you're not completely satisfied as a new customer within 30 days of your first payment, simply send an email to hello@beesensible.eu and we will refund your purchase in full. No questions asked.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal: By subscribing, you agree to the immediate delivery of our service and thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our own 30-day guarantee is, of course, our promise to you.
How Payments and Refunds Are Processed
BeeSensible partners with Paddle.com as our official payment processor. Paddle securely handles all subscriptions, invoices, and payments on our behalf.
When you request and are approved for a refund, Paddle will process the transaction and return the funds to your original payment method. The process is fully integrated.
